Miranda warnings: ( The first Constitutional)
After Dzhokhar Tsarnaev
climbed out of the boat where he was hiding then officers went quickly to arrest or take him into custody without follow the Miranda warning which are:
.You have the rights to be silent
.You have the rights to have an attorney
.If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you
.Any anything you say can be used against you in a court.
Death penalty: (The second Constitutional)
The second constitutional issue they talked about was death penalty. They tried to trial Dzhokhar Tsarnaev for death penalty, but Massachusetts doesn't allow death penalty because he was only
charged using a weapon of mass destruction.
Unregistered Gun (The third Constitutional )
The two brothers were using unregistered weapons to shoot toward an MIT police officer.
Massachusetts is a state that have the strictest sets of gun laws in the country. Which against the Massachusetts law.

The issue of privacy has shown up due to this case where the investigators looked at his house or porperty without a warrant using a thermal imaging devices which violated the Fourth Amendment.
